The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 3HP, 3520 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, 182TC footless motor, designed specifically for severe duty applications. It is manufactured and tested to exceed the IEEE 841-1994 standards for TEFC induction motors, featuring premium efficiency copper windings that utilize Baldor-Reliance ISR (Inverter Spike Resistant)® magnet wire, which complies with CEE efficiency guidelines. The motor includes an Inpro Seal® on both the fan and drive end shaft extensions and is protected by a 2-part yellow epoxy oxide primer on the inside and outside, complemented by gray epoxy paint and corrosion-resistant hardware. The design minimizes noise and vibration while enhancing mechanical tolerances. Vibration results and final test data are included with the motor, making it suitable for demanding applications such as petro-chemical processing, pulp and paper plants, and mining operations.
