The Baldor-Realiance motor is a 10HP, 1800RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz unit with a 254TC frame and TENV (Totally Enclosed, Non-Ventilated) design, suitable for foot mounting. This motor is specifically engineered for inverter operation, providing up to a 1000:1 constant torque speed range. It features provisions for a stub shaft for a hollow shaft encoder, three thermostats for temperature monitoring, and all 440T frames are equipped with an ODE insulated bearing. The insulation system of the motor surpasses the requirements outlined in NEMA MG 1-2006, Part 31.4.4.2, ensuring robust performance. It delivers continuous constant torque down to zero speed, making it ideal for a variety of applications, including conveyors, extruders, printing lines, converting processes, and test stands, where consistent torque is essential across a broad speed range.
