The Baldor-Reliance motor is a 5HP, 1800 RPM, 3-phase, 60Hz, model L184TC with a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and foot mount configuration. This motor is specifically engineered for inverter operation, accommodating a constant torque speed range of up to 1000:1. Key features include provisions for a stub shaft to support a hollow shaft encoder, three built-in thermostats, and the inclusion of ODE insulated bearings in all 440T frame models.
