The Bulman cutter is designed for the smooth dispensing and cutting of various types of paper, including butcher, kraft, and gift wrapping papers, utilizing a double-edged, spring-loaded blade for even cuts. It rests on heavy-duty casters, two of which are lockable, ensuring easy mobility. This cutter provides fast and reliable dispensing and cutting of packing materials such as single-face corrugated and thin foams, accommodating rolls with a diameter of up to 40 inches. It is constructed from heavy-duty tubular steel, capable of holding one or more rolls of material, and features a hold-down device to prevent roll back of the material. For heavier materials, the portable shear cutter option is available. The cutter ships knocked down (K.D.) via UPS.
