The 5/16-18 x 2 1/2 Six Lobe Pan Floor Board Screw Type F is a fully threaded black phosphate screw designed for thread-cutting applications in heavy gauge sheet metal, aluminum, zinc and lead die castings, cast iron, brass, and plastic. These Type F threaded screws are particularly effective when used in softer materials, especially where the stainless steel has a lower hardness by 10-20 Rockwell hardness.
