Iglice® PRT is a slewing ring bearing featuring the reliability of igus® plastic bearings. This kit includes iglide® J sliding elements that are completely maintenance-free and lubrication-free, ensuring longevity and reduced downtime. The housing components are primarily constructed from aluminum, with the exception of style 02, which incorporates iglide® J4 head rings for enhanced performance. All parallel surfaces of the iglide® J sliding elements are hard anodized for increased durability. Additionally, all fixing screws are crafted from stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The PRT slewing rings can also be made available in stainless steel upon request. All products comply with relevant industry certifications and standards, ensuring quality and safety in operational environments.
