American Lock solid aluminum padlocks are constructed from an exclusive aluminum alloy, providing robust protection against the elements. These padlocks come in a comprehensive range of widths, shackle diameters, and lengths. Most aluminum padlocks feature hardened boron alloy steel shackles for enhanced cut resistance and are chrome plated for additional corrosion resistance. The specific model includes a 1-3/4" (38mm) wide padlock with a 1-1/8" (28mm) boron shackle. It is equipped with pick-resistant 5 pin cylinders, allowing for 1,300 change keys per master key system.
