The Patent Pending BlockGuard anti-shim technology is designed to withstand attempts to violate the latch mechanism, providing enhanced security. This package includes a combination chart to facilitate lock system administration and a control key for supervisory access, allowing the option to specify a key that matches existing systems or use a factory assigned key. The lock features a 1-7/8" (48mm) wide double-reinforced stainless steel body that is built to withstand abuse, along with a 3/4" (19mm) tall hardened steel shackle for added cut resistance. The lock is equipped for easy 3-number dialing with an automatic scrambling feature to prevent reopening of the lock. It is important to note that all Master Lock locks are not returnable, and Master Lock lockers' locks may only be purchased through an official business or organization account. Customers must indicate if the lock is a new or an existing key system when selecting "Master Lock" in the drop-down field. If an existing key system is in use, the control key number must also be specified in the key number field, while a new key system requires a control key to be ordered separately. A Master key is sold separately and can be selected from the available options.
