The product features Patent Pending BlockGuard anti-shim technology designed to resist tampering attempts on the latch mechanism and includes a combination chart for efficient lock system management. It comes with a control key for supervisory access, which can be specified to match an existing system or a factory-assigned key. The lock boasts a robust 1-7/8" (48mm) wide double-reinforced stainless steel body that can withstand substantial abuse, paired with a 3/4" (19mm) tall hardened steel shackle that provides added cut resistance. The easy 3-number dialing system includes an automatic scrambling feature to enhance security by preventing unauthorized reopening of the lock. All Master Lock locks are non-returnable, and Master Lock lockers' locks are available exclusively through official business or organization accounts. When ordering, it is essential to indicate whether the lock corresponds to a new or existing key system by selecting "Master Lock" in the drop-down field. If an existing key system is in place, the control key number must be entered in the key number field, while a separate order is required for a new control key. Please note that the master key is sold separately.
