The Master Lock security system features patent pending BlockGuard anti-shim technology designed to withstand attempts to violate the latch mechanism. The kit includes a combination chart for efficient lock system administration, along with a control key for supervisory access, allowing selection of a key to match an existing system or a factory assigned key. The lock is constructed with a 1-7/8" (48mm) wide double-reinforced stainless steel body that is engineered to resist abuse. It is equipped with a 3/4" (19mm) tall hardened steel shackle for enhanced cut resistance. The system offers easy three-number dialing, featuring an automatic scrambling mechanism to prevent unauthorized reopening of the lock. All Master Lock locks are not returnable, and lockers' locks must be purchased through an official business or organization account. It's important to specify whether the lock will be part of a new or existing key system, with necessary control key details required if utilizing an existing system. A new control key must be ordered separately, and the master key is sold separately.
