All locks are not returnable, and purchases must be made through an official business or organization account. When ordering, it is essential to specify whether the lock is part of a new or existing key system by selecting "Master Lock" from the drop-down field. For existing key systems, the control key number must be entered in the key number field, while new key systems require a separate order for the control key. Note that the master key is sold separately.
