It is important to note that all Master Lock locks are not returnable, and purchases must be made through an official business or organization account. Users should specify whether the lock is for a new or existing key system by selecting "Master Lock" in the drop-down field; if an existing key system is being used, the control key number must be provided in the key number field. For a new key system, a control key must be ordered separately.
