The lock features patent pending BlockGuard anti-shim technology that withstands attempts to violate the latch mechanism, providing robust security. It includes a combination chart for easy lock system administration and a control key for supervisory access, which can be specified to match an existing system or factory assigned. The lock has a 1-7/8" (48mm) wide double-reinforced stainless steel body designed to withstand abuse, complemented by a 3/4" (19mm) tall hardened steel shackle that offers extra cut resistance. Users will appreciate the easy three-number dialing system paired with an automatic scrambling feature to prevent the reopening of the lock. Please note that all Master Lock locks are non-returnable and may only be purchased through an official business or organization account. Users should indicate whether the lock is part of a new or existing key system by selecting "Master Lock" in the drop-down field; if part of an existing system, the control key number must be specified. A new key system requires a control key to be ordered separately, with the master key sold separately.
