Chassis mount SCR controls are equipped with a free-wheeling diode and feature adjustable acceleration, deceleration, current limit, IR compensation, as well as minimum and maximum speed potentiometers to suit various applications. These controls include anti-demag features that protect permanent magnet (PM) motors and safeguard the SCR power bridge against direct shorts. They have UL and CUL component recognition for safety compliance. The product overview highlights that the chassis SCR control has a single voltage and offers an optional BC143 heatsink kit, which enhances the drive's capacity to manage a higher output power rating; with the inclusion of the BC143 heatsink, the unit can accommodate up to 1.5 HP at 90 VDC.
