The horizontal or vertical discharge fan forced suspended unit heaters are available in a 5,000/3,700 watt configuration and operate at 240/208V. These heaters can be installed for either vertical or horizontal discharge applications and feature an 18 gauge steel cabinet housing with a durable powder coat finish. They are equipped with a spiral fin steel element that includes continuously brazed steel fins, allowing for effective side draw through airflow. The unit heaters come with individually adjustable louvers that provide directional control of airflow up to 15° from the straight horizontal position. For safety, the automatic reset limit feature de-energizes the heaters in the event of overheating, while the fan override function purges electric heaters of residual heat upon shutdown. The control compartment housing is designed with a hinged and latched access door for easy wiring access during installation and maintenance. Additionally, these suspended unit heaters are powered by a totally enclosed 1-speed permanently lubricated thermally protected motor with unit bearings. The product is UL approved and includes a 1 year limited warranty.
