The sandwich/salad unit includes twelve 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans and features a stainless steel insulated cover, an 11-3/4"D cutting board, and stainless steel top, front, and sides, with an aluminum back. It is equipped with two full doors and four shelves, providing a white aluminum interior with a 300 stainless steel floor. The unit is mounted on 5" castors for mobility and operates with a 1/3HP compressor at a voltage of 115V/60/1-PH, NEMA 5-15P. Please note that the casters are not factory installed.
