The mobile milk cooler is designed to hold (16) crates and features forced-air cooling with a temperature range of 33-38°F. It has a durable stainless steel exterior and a white aluminum interior, complemented by a 300 stainless steel floor for enhanced hygiene. The unit is equipped with (3) heavy-duty floor racks and a digital thermometer for precise temperature monitoring. Mobility is facilitated by 4" casters, although it is important to note that the casters are not factory installed. The cooler operates with a 1/3 HP compressor and runs on 115V/60/1-PH power, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug for easy electrical connection. The design also includes a drop front and hold-open flip-up lids, along with a secure lock for safety and convenience.
