The Securall® 26'W x 8'D x 8' 4H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, accommodating up to 48 drums. This building features FM approval and compliance with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it suitable for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. It boasts a robust construction using corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel with tornado and hurricane-resistant walls and interlocking wall panels for enhanced durability. Standard features include two dust-proof interior lights with switch, one vapor-resistant exterior light with photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with weatherproof cover, R-11 insulation in the walls and ceiling, and a three-tier shelving system with raised edges for secondary containment. The building has double wall, welded construction with 3 inches of airspace, 12-gauge galvannealed steel exterior walls, and 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. It includes a 5' wide x 6' 8" high double door with a UL classified commercial grade keyed lockset, a 12-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, and heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction. The bolt-down plates (four) feature 7/8-inch diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing, and it has inlet vents for natural ventilation with fire dampers if classified as a fire-rated building. The load center operates at 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R, includes hazard labeling with a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs, and has a two-part aliphatic polyurethane finish. Additionally, it complies with NFPA Code 30 and is Factory Mutual approved with UL listed accessories, with electrical installations adhering to the NEC 2008 and 2011 editions. The type of building required is determined by the materials being stored or dispensed, specifically noting that flammable liquids in Class IA and Class IB categories must be stored under these guidelines.
