The Securall® 34'W x 8'D x 8' 4"H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, accommodating up to 64 drums. This building meets FM approval and complies with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it ideal for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. Constructed from corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel, it features tornado and hurricane-resistant walls, interlocking wall panels for increased strength, and key attributes such as dust-proof interior lights with a switch (2), a vapor-resistant exterior light with a photocell (1), a GFCI duplex receptacle with a weatherproof cover, and R-11 insulation in the walls and ceiling. Additionally, it includes three tiers of shelving with raised edges for secondary containment, double wall welded construction with 3 airspace throughout, 12-gauge galvannealed steel exterior walls, and 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. The building is equipped with a 5' W x 6' 8"H double door featuring a UL classified commercial grade keyed lockset, a 12-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction, and four bolt-down plates with 7/8 diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing.
