The Securall® 5'W x 5'D x 6' 11" agri-chemical storage building for four drums is designed to ensure safe storage of turf management chemicals, making it ideal for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. This building is FM approved and complies with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage. It features corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel construction, tornado and hurricane-resistant walls, and interlocking wall panels for superior strength and durability. The standard features include a dust-proof interior light with switch, a vapor-resistant exterior light with photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with weatherproof cover, R-11 insulation in the walls and ceiling, and shelving with raised edges for secondary containment. The building has double wall, welded construction with three airspaces, 16-gauge galvannealed steel exterior walls, and 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. It includes a 3' 6" W x 5' 3" H door with a UL classified commercial grade keyed lockset, a 16-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, and heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction. Additional features comprise four bolt-down plates for wind and seismic bracing, inlet vents for natural ventilation with fire dampers if it is a fire-rated building, and a load center that is 120/240 volt single phase, NEMA 3R. The building also has hazard labeling including a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs, a finish of two-part aliphatic polyurethane, and compliance with NFPA code 30. Electrical components are installed in accordance with the NEC 2008 and 2011 editions.
