The 100 Series food pan carrier is designed for 12" x 20" food pans and measures 18"D x 26-3/4"W x 15"H, with an approximate capacity of 40 quarts. It is compatible with Camdolly® models CD100, CD100H, and CD100HB, and can hold full-size 12 x 20, as well as 1/2 or 1/3 size pans. Constructed from polyethylene with foam insulation, it features durable latches and gaskets for secure closure. The carrier is offered in a dark brown color and is certified by NSF, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
