The 100 Series Food Pan Carrier is designed to accommodate 12" x 20" food pans with dimensions of 18"D x 26-3/4"W x 15"H and an approximate capacity of 40 quarts. It is compatible with Cambro® models CD100, CD100H, and CD100HB, and can hold full-size 12" x 20", 1/2, or 1/3 size pans. Constructed from polyethylene with foam insulation, this carrier features durable latches and gaskets for secure closures. The unit is finished in a hot red color and meets NSF standards for food safety and sanitation.
