The 100 Series Food Pan Carrier is designed for 12" x 20" food pans and features a hinged lid for easy access. It has dimensions of 18"D x 26-3/4"W x 15-1/2"H and an approximate capacity of 40 quarts. This carrier fits Camdolly® models CD100, CD100H, and CD100HB, and can hold full size 12 x 20, 1/2, or 1/3 size pans. Constructed from polyethylene with foam insulation, it includes latches and gaskets for secure closure. The unit is slate blue in color and meets NSF certification standards, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements.
