The Ultra Camcart® heated food pan carrier features a front-loading design with a double wall poly shell and foam insulation, ensuring optimal heat retention. It is equipped with a heated top door only and has a capacity for (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans. The carrier includes molded-in handles for easy transport, a nylon latch for secure closure, and a vent cap to release excess steam. It is mounted on (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, with one caster equipped with a brake for stability. The unit operates on 220V/60/1-phase power, drawing 506 watts and 2.3 amps, and is fitted with a CEE7/7 plug. Additionally, the carrier is NSF certified, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
