It accommodates (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans, providing versatile storage options for various food items. The unit is equipped with molded-in handles, a nylon latch, and a vent cap for ease of use. Mobility is facilitated by (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, one of which includes a brake.
