The Camtherm® Hot/Cold Cart is an electric, tall profile unit designed for efficient food storage and service. It features a double door, insulated poly construction, and a temperature set dial for easy temperature control. The cart includes an on-off power switch, universal pan slides, and a thermometer for monitoring temperatures. The serving top is equipped with a menu clip, and the cart is mounted on 6" front and 6" rear casters for mobility. It comes with a 6-foot cord with plug and is available in a granite sand color. The electrical specifications include 125V, 50/60Hz, single-phase, and a power output of 1800 watts. The product meets UL and NSF certifications for safety and sanitation compliance.
