The Ultra Camcart® heated food pan carrier features a front-loading design with a double wall polyethylene shell and foam insulation, providing exceptional temperature retention. It can accommodate (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans, ensuring versatility for various food service needs. The carrier is equipped with molded-in handles for easy transport and a nylon latch for secure closing. Additionally, it includes a vent cap to allow for steam release, alongside (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, one of which has a brake for stability. The unit comes in a slate blue color and operates at 220V/60/1-PH with a power output of 506 watts and a current draw of 2.3 amps. It is compatible with a CEE7/7 plug and meets certifications such as NSF and Energy Star® for compliance with industry standards.
