The CamCarrier® Ultra PanCarrier® is designed with a top loading, one-piece poly shell featuring foam insulation, capable of holding (1) full size or fractional pans up to 8" deep with a capacity of 24 qt. This unit includes molded-in handles for easy transport, durable nylon latches for secure closure, a removable gasket to maintain temperature, and a vent cap to allow for steam release.
