The Camshelving Elements shelf plate kit features vented design with Camguard for antimicrobial protection, making it ideal for use in coolers or freezers to ensure maximum airflow around perishable products. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) for stationary units, with a maximum total weight capacity of 2,000 lbs. (907.2 kg) per stationary unit and 750 lbs. (340.2 kg) per mobile unit. The kit is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and includes 2 traverses, dovetails, and a shelf set in brushed graphite. All components are NSF listed, ensuring compliance with strict health and safety standards. Additionally, all Cambro Camshelving units are rust and corrosion-proof for life, and many accessories and all add-on units are compatible only with their specific Camshelving line. The shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning in a dishwasher without disassembly, and traverses and plates can be rearranged without dismantling the surrounding components.
