It can withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C). The kit includes 2 traverses, dovetails, and a shelf set in brushed graphite, and all components are NSF listed, indicating compliance with health and safety standards. The product is made in the USA and is rust and corrosion proof for life. Many Cambro accessories and add-on units are specifically designed for their Camshelving line, and the shelf plates are designed for easy removal without disassembly, allowing them to be cleaned in a dishwasher.
