The Camshelving Elements Shelf Plate Kit features vented plates with Camguard antimicrobial protection, making it ideal for coolers or freezers and facilitating maximum airflow around perishable products. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) on stationary units, with a maximum capacity of 2,000 lbs. (907.2 kg) per stationary unit and 750 lbs. (340.2 kg) per mobile unit. The kit is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C) and includes 2 traverses, dovetails, and a shelf set in brushed graphite. All components are NSF listed, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The design is rust and corrosion proof for life, and many Cambro accessories and add-on units are specifically compatible with their designated Camshelving line. The shelf plates can be easily lifted away for cleaning, including running through a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembly.
