The Ultra Camcart® heated food pan carrier features a front-loading design with a double wall poly shell and foam insulation for enhanced temperature retention. It has a capacity to hold (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans. The carrier is equipped with molded-in handles for easy transport, a nylon latch for secure closure, and a vent cap to regulate steam. Mobility is facilitated by (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, with one caster featuring a brake. The unit operates on 220V/60/1-PH, consuming 506 watts and drawing 2.3 amps, and is fitted with a CEE7/7 plug. It meets NSF and Energy Star® certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
