The Camshelving Elements Add-On Unit connects seamlessly to existing Camshelving Elements stationary units and is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -36°F (-38°C) to 190°F (88°C). The unit includes two posts, one set of post connectors, wedges, traverses, dovetails, and vented shelf plates featuring Camguard for antimicrobial protection. It has a weight capacity of 400 lb. (181.4 kg) per shelf and 1800 lb. (816.5 kg) per unit, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The unit is NSF certified and boasts rust and corrosion-proof materials for life. Notably, many Cambro accessories and all add-on units are specifically compatible only with their corresponding Camshelving line. The shelf plates can be easily lifted away without disassembly and cleaned in a dishwasher, while traverses and plates can be rearranged without disassembling the surrounding components. The shared post design allows for additional units to be added without wasting space or compromising carrying capacity in a straight line. Add-on units are compatible exclusively with Camshelving of the same series and are made in the USA.
