The actuator kit features a simple direct coupling design that reduces installation and commissioning time while enhancing reliability by eliminating damper linkages. It has a robust torque rating of 140 lb-in (16 Nm) and a rotation range from 0 to 90° in 5° increments, mechanically limited to 93°. The actuator is compatible with 3/8 to 3/4 inch (10 to 20 mm) round shafts, 3/8 to 5/8 inch (10 to 16 mm) square shafts, and a 1 inch (25.4 mm) diameter jackshaft with the M9000-154 adapter. It offers on-off, floating, and proportional control inputs suitable for a variety of applications, along with output position feedback for simple closed-loop control with accurate position sensing. The master/slave operation allows for synchronized control of two actuators stacked for tandem applications, effectively doubling the rated torque output. It incorporates electronic stall detection that enhances reliability by deactivating the actuator motor during stall conditions. The control options include jumper selectable DC 0(2).10 V or DC 0(4).20 mA proportional control and a zero and span adjustment feature (HGX models) for sequential operation of dampers from a single input signal. Installation and setup are simplified by jumper-selectable rotation direction, manual gear release, and 2-SPDT optional auxiliary switches. The actuator is housed in a 1/2 NPT threaded housing for easy connection of electrical fittings and operates in an ambient temperature range of -4 to 122°F (-20 to 50°C), with a rating of 60,000 full stroke cycles. Furthermore, it is UL listed, CSA certified, and carries the CE mark.
