Our heavy-duty, modular StackFiles are designed for quick and easy assembly to create instant storage systems, eliminating the complexity associated with traditional file storage solutions. The modular design permits stacking of two, three, four, or five tiers, providing flexibility in purchasing the necessary file units initially, with the option to expand later. Each tier can support up to 500 pounds, making it suitable for the storage of X-rays and medical records without risk of sagging or buckling. Constructed from heavy-duty 16 and 18 gauge steel, these units are reinforced with eighth-inch channel steel for enhanced strength. Additionally, 20 gauge steel dividers are adjustable, preventing slumping and curling of folders while adding rigidity to the overall structure.
