Sprayon WL739 Silver Galvanizing Compound is a 14 oz. aerosol can (S00739000) that provides a sacrificial coating designed to inhibit rust and corrosion on ferrous metals. This fast-drying metallic coating serves as an excellent touch-up solution for repairing galvanized substrates, producing a dry finish that mimics the appearance of hot-dip galvanized coatings. It complies with ASTM A780 standards and offers a recommended dry film thickness of 1.5 to 3.0 mils. The product is VOC-compliant and dries to the touch in 30 minutes, with the option to recoat within 2-16 hours or after 36 hours. Recommended applications include food plants, automotive plants, refineries, nuclear facilities, power plants, transmission towers, as well as for fences, gutters, bridges, structural steel, wrought iron, farm equipment, and highway maintenance including marine applications.
