Wilton Prism Magnefix jaw caps, model P, include both horizontal v-grooves and vertical v-grooves, making them ideal for light tapping, thread cutting, and clamping round objects. The jaw construction features a 120 horizontal v-groove, three vertical v-grooves, and a 90 groove for marking out and center punching. These temporary work-holding systems are designed to protect both the vise jaws and the workpiece from marring and distortion during any clamping application. The caps are constructed from a hardened aluminum alloy and include two built-in circular permanent magnets on the backside, which securely hold the product to the vise. Additionally, the caps are magnetic towards the vise side, preventing steel filings from attaching to the jaws and keeping the clamped part from becoming magnetized.
