Wilton Prism Magnefix jaw caps are designed with both horizontal and vertical V-grooves, making them ideal for light tapping, thread cutting, and clamping round objects. The Model P includes a 120-degree horizontal V-groove, three vertical V-grooves, and a 90-degree groove for marking out and center punching, suitable for temporary work-holding systems. These caps effectively protect both the vise jaws and the workpiece from marring and distortion during clamping applications. Constructed from a hardened aluminum alloy, the caps feature two built-in circular permanent magnets on the backside that securely hold the product to the vise. Additionally, the magnetic design towards the vise side prevents steel filings from adhering to the jaws and keeps the clamped part from becoming magnetized.
