The Powermatic 2013 20" bandsaw is equipped with a powerful 3HP totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor designed for industrial work, ensuring longer life and maximum performance. This bandsaw features an extra large cast iron table that offers substantial work area in front of the blade, with the ability to tilt 45° to the right and 10° to the left, and includes a T-slot miter gauge. The saw blade is protected by a fully adjustable guard for easy access during blade changes. Its cast iron drive wheels are balanced and fitted with vulcanized rubber tires, while a lower wheel brush effectively eliminates sawdust buildup. A convenient foot brake allows for rapid stops, enhancing safety during operation. The durable steel and cast iron construction provides stability, complemented by large, easy-to-use handwheels for smooth adjustments. The bandsaw includes a 2-speed drive pulley to expand sawing capability and a 4" dust collection port for efficient connectivity to a workshop dust collection system.
