This design includes a one-inch carbon steel main ball that rotates on a bed of eighty 1/8 inch support balls, providing efficient and smooth movement. Both the support cup and cover are hardened and plated to resist rust, ensuring durability. Hudson Bearings is recognized as an innovative domestic manufacturer of ball transfers. The flange-mounted units are equipped with a hardened and zinc plated mounting cup and a foam seal for enhanced performance. Available housing options include stainless steel, with the added option for a felt seal. Main and support ball options feature materials such as stainless, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin.
