The kit includes a 5/8 inch nylon main ball rotating on a carbon steel 3/32 inch support ball, housed in a precision-formed carbon steel housing. This product is manufactured by Hudson Bearings, an innovative domestic manufacturer of ball transfers. The flange-mounted units feature a hardened and zinc plated mounting cup along with a foam seal. Housing options are available in stainless steel, with an option for a felt seal. The main and support ball options comprise stainless steel, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin materials. Flange mounted transfers can be utilized in either a ball-up or ball-down position.
