Hudson Bearings features a 1" nylon main ball with a 5/16" stud set in a carbon steel housing constructed of nylon steel and equipped with a corrosion-resistant plated carbon steel housing to ensure added support and long-lasting durability. The 1" nylon main ball rotates on a bed of 1/8" carbon steel support balls, and the solid machined cup is hardened and zinc plated. This unit has a capacity of 100 lbs, with a color finish in zinc. As an innovative domestic manufacturer of ball transfers, Hudson Bearings offers a stud mounted unit that includes a hardened and zinc plated machined mounting cup along with a stamped metal cap. Housing options are available in stainless steel, while main and support ball options include stainless, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin. The stud mounted transfers can be utilized in either a ball-up or ball-down position.
