Hudson Bearings 1" carbon steel main ball with 5/16" stud in a carbon steel housing measures 1-3/4" wide and is constructed with corrosion-resistant plated carbon steel housing for added support and long-lasting durability. The 1" ball rests on eighty 1/8" individual support balls, and the support cup is hardened, plated, and rust-resistant. The stud size is 5/16" with a capacity of 75 lbs, and the color finish is zinc. As an innovative domestic manufacturer of ball transfers, Hudson Bearings offers stud mounted units featuring a hardened and zinc plated mounting cup along with a foam seal. Housing options include stainless steel with an option for felt seal, while main and support ball options include stainless, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin. Stud mounted transfers are versatile and can be used in either ball up or down position.
