The kit includes a one-inch carbon steel main ball rotating on a carbon steel 1/8 inch support ball, all housed in a precision-formed carbon steel casing. The flange-mounted units feature a hardened and zinc-plated mounting cup along with a foam seal. Additional housing options are available in stainless steel, with the option for a felt seal. Various main and support ball materials can be selected, including stainless steel, nylon, phenolic, and Delrin, providing versatility for different applications. The flange-mounted transfers are designed to operate in either a ball-up or ball-down position, ensuring flexibility and ease of installation.
