The Haws® Axion MSR™ combination eye/face wash and shower, model 8317, is designed to provide optimal safety and efficiency in emergency situations. This unit features the Axion® MSR hydrodynamic showerhead made from green ABS plastic, measuring 10-5/8", with an integral self-regulating flow control delivering 20 GPM. The eye/face wash head utilizes inverted directional laminar flow that achieves zero vertical velocity, supplied by a 3.7 GPM flow control. Key components include a chrome-plated brass in-line 50 x 50 mesh water strainer and chrome-plated brass stay-open valves for both the shower and eyewash, equipped with stainless steel ball and stem for durability. Additional elements include a powder-coated cast iron 9" diameter floor flange, a universal sign, self-adhesive high visibility safety green and bright yellow stripes, and a 1-1/4" NPT supply, ensuring compliance with safety standards and certifications.
