The 36 Belt Drive Whole House Fan features a 1/3 HP two-speed motor operating at 115 volts, and it includes a wall switch for convenient operation. This fan is designed with an automatic belt tensioning system and a deep pitch four-wing blade to maximize air movement. It incorporates rubber mounted, sealed fan shaft bearings and a rubber vibration damper between the fan and wood frame, ensuring quieter operation. The construction consists of heavy gauge steel that is welded for durability. The kit includes a wooden plenum box, a rubber mounting gasket, and a 2-speed switch. Please note that this model does not include a ceiling shutter or a 12-hour timer.
