Ideal for mobile equipment applications, 2-position ACV valves can be used for four-way directional control or as a three-way pilot valve. The valve's function indicator is designed directly into the control knob, making it visible only when the valve is in the energized or open position, while it remains concealed in the unoperated (closed) position. The ACV features an optional interlock reset port which can automatically return the valve to the closed position, ensuring that the ACV cannot be operated while the vehicle is in motion to avoid stall conditions. Additionally, the air or electric reset allows the reset port to be connected to the handbrake line, enforcing valve shutoff whenever the handbrake is released to prevent the simultaneous consumption of energy from auxiliary equipment and the moving vehicle, which could lead to stall conditions or equipment damage. For electrical interlock models, removing the electrical supply will also force shutoff. ACVs are rear ported to simplify dashboard or panel mounting, and all mountings come with integral push-in fittings suitable for 5/32" or 1/4" tubes, requiring only that the tube be pushed directly into the valve.
