Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves feature a state-of-the-art air valve design utilizing a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch). This economy of movement assures long valve life while generating sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. The valves offer large airflow with dual exhausts, producing an output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port is equipped with its own exhaust port for individual exhaust control. A manual override is provided as standard, allowing valve actuation to be triggered without electricity or air to the pilots. Nova valves are easy to repair, designed to permit complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without the need to touch the piping or electrical wiring; all that is required is a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
