Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves feature a state-of-the-art air valve design that utilizes a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands, allowing for a minimal movement of only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch). This efficient movement ensures a long valve life while providing sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. With a large airflow provided by dual exhausts, the 1/4" NPTF ported Nova valves deliver an impressive output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port includes its own exhaust port for individual exhaust control, and all Nova valves come equipped with manual overrides to enable valve actuation without the need for electricity or air to the pilots. Additionally, these valves are designed for easy repair, allowing for complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without the need to touch the piping or electrical wiring. Only a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool are required for maintenance.
