Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves offer state-of-the-art air valve design. The kit includes a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch), ensuring an economy of movement that assures long valve life while generating enough flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. These valves feature large airflow with dual exhausts, and the 1/4" NPTF ported Nova valves produce a significant output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port is equipped with its own exhaust port, allowing for individual exhaust control. The manual override is standard in the design, permitting valve actuation without electricity or air to the pilots. Furthermore, Nova valves are designed for easy repair, allowing complete replacement of all wearing parts in seconds without the need to touch the piping or electrical wiring, requiring only a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
